We install roofs even in winter

As a rule, in winter there is no shortage of material and less queue and waiting time;

In winter, it is easier to find waterproofing and thermal insulation materials at a reduced price

Without loss of quality. We use materials that can be used at temperatures from -25 to + 40 ° C, as well as strictly following the technology of installation in the winter period.

Installation and repair
Installation at temperatures up to -25°C.
Installation speed - up to 1000 m2/shift.
No need for open flame usage. It is easier to identify local leaks. Mechanical damage is covered with a small patch.

Up to 50 years.

Reliability of the welded seam
The seam is manually welded with a gas torch. There is a higher probability of human factor.

Almost non-breathable. There is a risk of moisture accumulation under the waterproofing layer.

Elasticity
Flexibility at - 25°C

Fire resistance
Easily flammable. Combustibility class C4.


Installation and repair
Installation at temperatures up to -10°C.
Installation speed - up to 250 m2/shift. Open flame is used for installation.
The leakage area requires a laborious process of local sealing or applying a new layer of material.

Service life
Up to 25 years.

What certifications and licenses does your company have?

Our company since its foundation has a license to carry out construction works, issued by the relevant state authorities. In accordance with the new provisions of the "Law on Quality in Construction" No. 721 of 02.02.1996, the licensing of construction companies has been abolished. All our employees, in key and responsible positions, are certified specialists in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova.
